COVID-19

Bay Ridge Festival 2022 is being planned to hold the events in-person at the Hillsborough Community College, Ybor City Campus. Location is subject to change depending on the college's Covid-19 restrictions.

Last year the festival was conducted using CDC guidelines for safe and risk lowering procedures: social distancing between students, judges and observing monitor(s); face masks; hand washing; sanitizing common touch surfaces; limited number of persons in the shared space.

We are continuing to follow the CDC guidelines and will plan to take appropriate adjustments to keep everyone involved safe and healthy. Updates will be posted closer to the event dates.

Covid-19 Protocols for 2022 In-Person Auditions:

• Masks are REQUIRED for everyone in the building.

• Only 1 (one) parent per student will be allowed in the audition room.

• Only 5 people will be allowed in a room: 2 judges, 1 teacher, 1 student performing, 1 parent.

• Students should wash hands before and after their audition.

• Teachers will be responsible to bring supplies and clean and sanitize the piano(s) for their students.

• Optional - Students may remove the mask while playing.
