Deadline Dates - It is the teachers' responsibility to mark all relevant deadlines on their calendars!

  • Senior and Junior Club Dues - October 1, 2026 *​annual deadline*

  • Festival Application (Vivace) - December 1, 2026 *​annual deadline*
    Any changes or additions requested will incur a $25 fee per change or addition.
    No changes or additions will be accepted after the invoice has been emailed.

  • Festival Federation Cups (included in Vivace registration) - December 1, 2026 *​annual deadline*

  • Festival Committee Vivace entries approval - December 2-7, 2026

  • Festival Fees Invoices email via Vivace - December 8-9, 2026
    DO NOT SEND YOUR CHECK BEFORE YOU RECEIVE YOUR OFFICIAL INVOICE.

  • Festival Fees Due - December 16, 2026 (postmarked)
    ​Make checks payable to Bay Ridge District and send to Ivanka Stefanov, 9005 Bana Villa Ct., Tampa 33635

Checks postmarked between Dec. 17 and Dec. 24 will incur a $50 late fee.
Checks postmarked after Dec. 24 will not be accepted, and the applications will be deemed ineligible to participate in the festival.

  • Receiving Graded Rating Sheet Form - December 16, 2026 (postmarked)

  • FFMC Child Protection Form - February 1, 2027 *​annual deadline*

  • FFMC Junior Convention Deadline - March 10, 2027 *​annual deadline*
